Position
LiteMX is built for role inboxes, replies, support conversations, transactional project mail, and agent-assisted mailbox workflows. It is not built for bulk marketing, cold outbound, purchased lists, scraped lists, list warming, or deliverability evasion.
Allowed Email
Allowed use generally includes:
- Replies to people who contacted one of your LiteMX-hosted mailboxes.
- Operational, support, billing, security, product, or account messages related to an existing relationship.
- Low-volume direct communication where the recipient would reasonably expect the message.
- Commercial messages only when you have appropriate permission, identity, contact, and opt-out handling.
Prohibited Email
Prohibited use includes:
- Unsolicited bulk email or high-volume cold outreach.
- Purchased, rented, appended, harvested, guessed, generated, or scraped recipient lists.
- Messages to recipients who opted out, complained, bounced hard, or did not authorize contact.
- Misleading subject lines, fake reply chains, deceptive sender names, forged headers, or domain impersonation.
- Affiliate spam, lead-gen spam, list-cleaning abuse, snowshoe sending, spamtrap testing, or inbox-placement manipulation.
- Phishing, malware, credential theft, financial scams, fake invoices, or impersonation of people or companies.
Sender Obligations
If you send commercial or promotional email through LiteMX, you must:
- Use accurate From, Reply-To, routing, domain, and subject information.
- Identify advertising where required.
- Provide a valid sender contact or postal address where required by law.
- Provide a clear opt-out method where required and honor CAN-SPAM opt-outs within 10 business days when that law applies.
- Keep evidence of permission for recipients you contact.
- Stop sending to addresses that hard bounce, complain, unsubscribe, or are otherwise unsafe to contact.
Controls
LiteMX may use send limits, mailbox and account velocity checks, scoped send permissions, provider readiness checks, suppression handling, bounce and complaint monitoring, audit logs, manual review, and account suspension to protect recipients and sender reputation.
Report Spam
