Send abuse reports to abuse@litemx.com. This address is for spam, phishing, malware, impersonation, unauthorized access, illegal content, harassment, sender reputation issues, and other misuse of LiteMX infrastructure.

What To Include

Helpful abuse reports include:

  • Full original message headers, not just screenshots.
  • The sender address, recipient address, domain, subject, timestamp, and message id if visible.
  • URLs, attachments, or indicators involved in the abuse.
  • Whether the recipient opted out, complained, bounced, or never consented to the message.
  • Your contact information for follow-up, if you want a response.

How We Handle Reports

LiteMX may review audit logs, delivery metadata, message headers, provider events, DNS records, account settings, token activity, and mailbox configuration. Depending on severity, we may block sends, disable tokens, suspend mailboxes, restrict domains, notify providers, preserve evidence, or terminate accounts.

We prioritize reports involving phishing, malware, credential theft, impersonation, child safety, credible threats, illegal content, account compromise, active spam, or provider reputation risk.

Security Issues

For suspected unauthorized account access, exposed tokens, mailbox compromise, or vulnerabilities, contact abuse@litemx.com and include enough detail to reproduce or investigate the issue safely.
